  • No more "dumb" smart lights

    DIY Smart light bulbs require a permanent power supply which can only be achieved if the light switch is always in the on position.
    As soon as the light switch is turned off the “Smart bulb” loses its power supply and turns off just like a regular light- causing you to lose all of the smart features.

    This creates the problem of gaining a smart light at the expense of losing the use of your light switch.

    This becomes problematic when a child, friend, or family member simply wants to turn a light on or off by your conventional switch.

  • Works with any light

    Taking the DIY route has limitations with the type of lights that can become smart. The three most common types of smart bulbs are GU10, Eddison Screw, and Bayonet Cap. If your light does not accept these bulbs then it’s an uphill battle to make that light smarter.

    Secondly, if you have a room with many bulbs, for example, a living room with six spotlights. you’ll need to buy six GU10 smart bulbs and program them all individually. This greatly increases cost and complexity.
